Dialog between Fuzik’s CEO and Beijing media reporter

Reporter:

As a leader of car electronics manufacturer on smart key, one touch with remote start, RCAS. Everytime we can see you participate in these kind of congresses, and everytime we can see you bring us new function products. Would you like to introduce, what you mainly bring to us thie time?

Fuzik’s CEO:

There is no special new product this time. We are specialized in one touch and remote start system, here we promoted improved models for them. As the market is growing, One-Touch Start will be hotest product in 2011. At present, HONDA ACCORD, HYUNDAI X35, NISSAN TEANA, FORD MONDEO…etc. always promote their ONE-TOUCH START functions, price up thousands of dollars. So for 4S shops, these two prodcuts are highest profit and salable. For consumers it means “convenience, fashion, practicality and class-updated”.

 

Reporter:

What competitions do you have for the products you just talked?

Fuzik’s CEO:

Firstly, we got government’s inspection certification, and also got CCC certificate, which is to lay excellent foundation. Our ONE-TOUCH and REMOTE-START is easy on installation, it is not necessary to change car original components. Comparing with other products in market, they need to remove many original cables and change original door handle. This is not professional and causes hidden troubles.

 Secondly, according to hardware, our products adopts high quality RFID components and much smaller to take. Other products adopts high-power LF antenna, no automative qualified connectors, no automative qualified cables and no automative qualified materials.

Thirdly, our products purchasing system is same with FORD’s factory. 95% components are world-top imported which are extremely stable. And as working with CAN BUS, our products can be available for most of car brands and models. Fourthly, the low power consumption of smart key and main unit is also our huge competition. We are not like other products, depend on exchanging original door handle and add button to avoid using up storage battery after period. Sametime we promise our products go with car Guarantee Period.

 

Repoter:

We all know “competition comes from professional” is Fuzik’s lineage all along. Would you please tell us how to be “profesional”?

Fuzik’s CEO:

The word “profesional” is a hot word in all industry. Actually many companies are always emphasizing how much much they are “profesioanl”. But it is quite difficult, I think it need time storage. Fuzik’s products can be this because:

1. 95% components are purchased from world top factory in germany and japan. At same time our company has a powerful R&D group, most of them have years of working experience in world famous CAR FACTOTRIES on R&D and procurement. 2. Our distribution sales policy for 4S shops is very strict and profesional, which is difficult to learn by other competitors.

 

Reporter:

Ok I observed your success, like GUANGHUI, PANGDA, YUANTONG, JIANGUO, BAISHIDA…etc. which are most famous in china, are all be your partners. I believe that cooperating them need huge strength for a company. Can you introduce how you get recognized by them?

Fuzik’s CEO:

I think Fuzik gets recognized by these famous groups depend on many aspects, here I mainly think of three points:

1. Profit. More than 60% 4S shops of these groups sell our products. Each of them can gain near one million dollars. This is impressive comparing with selling cars.

2. Service. Beforetime, many 4S shops prefer to sell some NON-SERIVCE products, but these products also have only low profit. Our products can be controlled less than 1% failure rate. And our service network can guarantee quickly processing. For example, one 4S shop is facing a diffucult new problem, we can directly direct them by phone and vedio, if still not resolved finally, our service agent will go on site.

3. Channel. We only let our products be sold in 4S shops or other famous profesional shop to protect the market channels. The natual sale will not happen. General speaking, the major competition is product quality and service guarantee. All these come into being our reputation. Especially form last year, many other CAR groups invited me to talk cooperation with them. They know what it is, to promote new cars sale; they know who we are, to be no.1 quality; they know how we perform, to take high profit to them.  

 

Reporter:

I notice you just talked, the quality and technology is not enough. the after service is also key important. May you introduce more about competition of Fuzik’s service?

Fuzik’s CEO:

I have to emphasize that, the car electronics indeed is a service industry including many aspects. Normally we understand that service means only repair. Actually we don’t think so. Considering it go through before sale, in sale and after sale, we make a success sale project for products.

For before sale and in sale, we establish many times of technical training and sales training for service men and 4S shops.

For after sale, we have 24 hours service response and on site service. We have near 10 direct offices and more than 200 agents in cities. All these can guarantee our personnel assignment and arrangement be smooth and quick. Till to present all over china mainland has our network.

 

Reporter:

Today’s consumers and customers are more and more diversified, the market is also changing. What does Fuzik do to face such changes?

Fuzik’s CEO:

Three years before, I start to handle this product. We start from 3-4 persons to present near 100 staffs. During these years we hold a lot of designs, projects and resources. We forward customers’ suggestions and advices to our R&D group to catch up its practicability and humanization. These years the FUZIK name is spreading very fast. To play a leader role, we will keep going on this way, and imporve our products all along.

 

Reporter:

Can you introduce more plans for future market?

Fuzik’s CEO:

 Please let me emphasize again, we are indeed NO.1 in market. Many new designed chips are promoted firstly by us. Our products have been insdustry standard. for example, beforetime “keyless entry” is called TI 37122, 37126. After that we are first manufacturer using Austrian 3931 chip. Today you can open our smart key, you will find all of them are equiped with it for many advantages. I can confidently speak, we are leading this industry. In future, we will input larger R&D investment, to make us always be leading the industry. Also we stronger market promotion to invited more and more group to join us. As for other products and plans, sorry that they are confidential at this moment.

At last, would you like to give our customers some suggestions?

Fuzik’s CEO:

I suggest that, when you are selecting this product, please think consider more, not only price. As it will be used 3-5 years even more, the stability is first important. This product is is really “You get what you pay for”. Maybe other normal car electronics products is not danger even if they are problemed. But for the smart key, you can fastly know which is good which is bad, so please think safety think FUZIK. And also think the after sale service.
